Why Choose Johgee Irrigation
Built for UK Garden Setups
Standard WiFi or Bluetooth timers can struggle when an outside tap sits behind brick walls, sheds or long back gardens. This kit keeps the gateway indoors on 2.4GHz WiFi and sends RF to the outdoor timer, with up to 500m line-of-sight range.
Four Independent Watering Zones
Control lawns, raised beds, greenhouses and patio pots from one outside tap. Each of the four outlets can be scheduled separately in the Smart Life/Tuya-compatible app.
UK-Ready Fittings and Support
The kit includes a BS + UK Plug and fits standard 3/4-inch and 1-inch BSP UK outside taps. Orders dispatch from Lutterworth, UK, with 30-day returns and a 2-year warranty.

Customer Reviews
Absolute game changer. My garden is 120ft long and standard Bluetooth timers would drop out the second I walked indoors. The Johgee RF gateway reaches right down to my vegetable patch without a single dropped connection.
Having 4 zones from one tap is brilliant. I have zone 1 for the lawn sprinklers, zone 2 for the greenhouse drip line, and zone 3 for the patio pots. Set it all up on the app before my two-week holiday to Spain, and came back to a perfectly watered garden.
The range is fantastic, easily gets through my thick stone walls. The only slight annoyance is having to use a plug socket indoors for the hub, but it's a small price to pay for actual reliability.
Really impressed with the build quality. The brass thread feels much more secure on my outside tap than the cheap plastic ones I've bought from garden centres in the past. The app is intuitive and the rain delay feature saves me a fortune on the water meter.
Finally, a smart timer that actually works in a British garden. Paired instantly to my BT router. I love that I can just press the button on the front to wash the dog without having to pull my phone out with wet hands.
Great bit of kit. Setup was mostly easy, though I had to split my router bands to get the 2.4GHz connection for the initial pairing. Since then, it has been flawless. The water flow is strong across all four outlets.
I run a large allotment at the back of my property. The 500m range claim is no joke. The gateway is in my kitchen and the timer is on the allotment tap over 100 metres away, through a shed and a hedge. Full signal.
