Overview

Welcome to WaterTimer.ae. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD, trading as Johgee Irrigation and operating this site as WaterTimer.ae. We are a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 15312978, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom. These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & account

By using the Services you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. When you place an order you may be asked for contact, billing, payment and shipping details; you agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

2. Our products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device. Product descriptions may change at any time, and we may limit quantities or discontinue a product at our discretion. Where a product is shown as out of stock or unavailable, we are not able to accept an order for it.

3. Pricing, tax and import charges

Prices on this site are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are the amount we charge you. Our prices do not include UAE VAT or UAE customs duty, and we do not collect either at checkout. We are a UK seller shipping from the United Kingdom. Goods entering the UAE may attract UAE customs duty and 5% import VAT assessed by UAE Customs; where charged, these are payable by you as the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details on this website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect error or fraud.

4. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns Policy. The Johgee 4-Zone RF Water Timer carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, running from the date of delivery. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The Services — including text, images, graphics, logos, and their selection and arrangement — are owned by TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only; you must not reproduce or redistribute our materials without prior written consent. “Johgee” and “WaterTimer.ae” are used as trading marks by TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD. “RainPoint” is a third-party brand and is not ours.

7. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, payment processing and couriers) to deliver the Services. Such tools are provided “as is”; your use of any optional third-party tool is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law and our stated warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

9. Governing law and disputes

For consumers resident in the United Arab Emirates, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you may bring proceedings in the UAE courts. Your mandatory rights under UAE consumer protection law apply regardless of anything in these Terms. You may also raise a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy consumer protection service.

Because we are a UK-registered company, we may also be pursued in the courts of England & Wales. Nothing in this clause removes a right of action you have in the UAE. The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply to our UK sales and do not govern your UAE purchase.
